We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Outpatient Dialysis team at Fresenius Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in dialysis care
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a dialysis setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
