  • Organizes and manages a portfolio of site plans, lease outlines, and related documents.
  • Updates property listings on external marketing platforms.
  • Works closely with the legal team during the lease drafting and negotiation process.
  • Collaborates with the construction team to define project scopes and budgets for tenant improvements.
  • Supervises both landlord and tenant build-out processes.
  • Partners with the marketing team to formulate leasing campaign strategies to enhance tenant interest.
  • Keeps track of essential documentation related to lease expirations, vacancies, and marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively addresses and resolves company challenges and issues.
  • Demonstrates integrity and accountability in all business interactions, serving as a model of excellence.
  • Fosters and maintains positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Performs additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in the leasing sector, ideally within commercial real estate development.
  • Outstanding organizational, leadership, management, and analytical abilities with a track record of achieving excellent financial results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
