Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing care to expectant mothers and their newborns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns
  • Monitoring fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
  • Administering medications and performing medical procedures as needed
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Responsibilities

As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing emotional support and education to expectant mothers and their families
  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the state of [insert state]

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
