About the Role

  • Provide individualized care to patients in labor and delivery, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including fetal heart rate monitoring and maternal vital signs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 90 days of employment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in labor and delivery or a related field.
