Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all policies and procedures are enforced to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Identify and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential safety concerns and recommend corrective or preventative measures to mitigate risks.
  • Respond to Incidents: Respond to incidents, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences, and write reports of daily activities.
  • Support Departmental Goals: Support an environment conducive to the development and enhancement of working relationships and facilitate the department's ability to meet its goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to Safety Protocols: Knowledgeable of and follow safety and infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for self and others.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of safety and security protocols.
