- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including Cisco Nexus switches, Cisco Catalyst Switches, ISR/ASR Routers, Palo Alto/ASA firewalls, and NetScaler Load Balancers.
- Utilize tools such as Solarwinds and Cisco Prime to monitor and manage network performance.
- 8-10 years of experience in network operations and management.
- Strong hands-on experience with network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and Load Balancer management.
- Expert-level knowledge of ITIL framework and network operations best practices.
- Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
