**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the production process to ensure high-quality products and efficient operations.
  • Lead and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Implement and maintain standardized systems and processes to optimize performance and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Manage online orders, including shipping, wholesale, and in-store pickup.
  • Develop and implement crew schedules, approve/disapprove PTO requests, and manage loyalty programs to encourage sales and repeat business.
  • Assist with hiring and training new staff members, providing ongoing support and development opportunities.
  • Resolve any crew or customer escalations in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements:**

  • 1+ year of experience in bakery production or food retail leadership.
  • Proven ability to implement system improvements to optimize performance.
  • Strong mathematical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Available to work full-time, including weekends.
  • Physically able to stand and move throughout the shift, with the ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Willingness to submit to background checks and COVID protocols.
