### Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is expected to be around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, paid vacation time, and a commute stipend.

### Job Description

As a Bakery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bakery, including production, inventory management, and customer service

* Leading a team of production staff, including training, development, and performance management

* Implementing system improvements to optimize performance and reduce costs

* Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders

* Managing budgets and financial reports to ensure the bakery is operating within budget

### Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* 1+ year of experience in bakery production or food retail leadership

* Proven ability to implement system improvements to optimize performance

* Strong mathematical, leadership, and communication skills

* Ability to effectively manage time and crew, navigate changes, and fill in the gaps

* Physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift and lift up to 25lbs

* Availability to work full-time, Wednesdays through Sundays

### Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

* 1+ year of experience in bakery production or food retail leadership

* Proven ability to implement system improvements to optimize performance

* Strong mathematical, leadership, and communication skills

* Ability to effectively manage time and crew, navigate changes, and fill in the gaps
