Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Property Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records, including resident files and waiting lists.
  • Handling incoming phone inquiries and providing timely responses to resident requests and concerns.
  • Assisting with leasing activities, such as qualifying applicants and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
  • Ensuring compliance with company safety programs and laws, as well as state and federal housing regulations.
