Overview
MobilityWorks, a leading provider of wheelchair-accessible vehicles, is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the organization, this role will play a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for employees across multiple states.

In this hybrid position, you will work from our Richfield, OH office two days a week and remotely three days a week, enjoying a great work-life balance with regular business hours.

The successful candidate will have experience with ADP WorkforceNow payroll systems and time/labor systems, as well as knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll laws. A strong understanding of MS Word and Excel is also essential. Associate's Degree in Business Administration is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, prepare, and audit all payroll data for ADP and ezLabor.
  • Entry and balance of all manual payroll batches.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local wage & hour laws and tax laws.
  • Enters employee changes in ADP, such as tax filing and direct deposit, as necessary.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.)
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.
