You will be a hospice or home health experienced registered nurse who is passionate about providing outstanding care and comfort to patients in their homes, assisted living, or skilled nursing facilities. You will be a communication ace with excellent observational skills and a deep understanding of the philosophy of hospice care. You will be compassionate, dedicated, and ready to make a difference.
Your Responsibilities- Provide top-tier bedside care to our patients and their families.
- Share your wisdom about disease processes, self-care techniques, end-of-life care, nutrition, and dietary needs.
- Collaborate with the Inspire team for comprehensive patient care, acting as an integral part of our home hospice care team.
- Soothe symptoms and ease the transition at end-of-life.
- Keep precise records like a true professional, including assessments, physician orders, progress notes, and care plans.
You must be willing to work 3 on-call shifts per month.
