Job Summary:

Jobot is seeking an experienced Chief Accounting Officer to join our team. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth. You will be responsible for coordinating with external auditors, ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements, and developing and implementing financial controls.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to make a significant impact within a stable company.

About the Job:

This role reports directly to the CFO and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with an MBA or Master's degree in Accounting highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have prior public accounting experience and proven expertise in coordinating with external auditors and managing SEC reporting.
