Key Responsibilities
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet our business needs.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers to negotiate product costs, terms, and conditions, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality, and develop strategies to implement these improvements.
  • Global Sourcing: Source products and materials from global suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure supplier performance, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and negotiating with global suppliers.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Travel: 10-20% travel required to visit suppliers and attend industry events.
