- Reparar o reemplazar componentes y sistemas defectuosos de aeronaves.

- Documentar las actividades de mantenimiento y preparar informes precisos.
- Colaborar con otros técnicos y departamentos para resolver problemas de mantenimiento y asegurar la finalización oportuna del trabajo.
- Participar en programas de capacitación para mejorar habilidades técnicas y mantenerse al día con los avances de la industria.
- Cumplir con los protocolos de seguridad y mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y organizado.
Se requiere como mínimo un diploma de secundaria o un título equivalente.
Conocimiento integral y comprensión de las Regulaciones Federales de Aviación (FARs) 43, 65, 91, 135, 145.
Se requiere un mínimo de ocho años de experiencia en mantenimiento de aeronaves.
Dominio en el uso de Microsoft Office Suite.
Es imprescindible contar con un certificado de Aeronave y Potencia (A&P).
Capacidad para obtener y mantener una insignia AOA (Área de Operaciones del Aeropuerto) o cumplir con los requisitos del aeropuerto.
Preferiblemente poseer la calificación de Autorización de Inspección de la FAA (IA).
1. Licencia válida de Aeronave y Potencia (A&P): Una licencia A&P válida es un requisito fundamental para este puesto, ya que demuestra el conocimiento y la experiencia del candidato en el mantenimiento y reparación de aeronaves.
2. Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia: Los candidatos deben tener un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia trabajando como técnico A&P.
3. Conocimiento técnico: Una sólida comprensión de los sistemas, componentes y procedimientos de mantenimiento de aeronaves es esencial para este rol.
4. Habilidades de resolución de problemas: Excelentes habilidades de diagnóstico y resolución de problemas son cruciales para un técnico A&P.
