Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Director to join our team at Pernod Ricard USA. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading the procurement of direct materials used in the production of our products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure high-quality and sustainable supply of goods and services.
  • Integrate sustainability principles into the procurement process, promoting ethical sourcing, reducing environmental impact, and supporting local communities.
  • Streamline the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall sustainability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives and sustainability goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management.
  • Strong experience in leading and managing large procurement teams and driving strategic initiatives to optimize procurement processes and achieve cost savings.
  • Demonstrated experience in sustainability initiatives, such as developing and implementing sustainable sourcing strategies, supplier diversity programs, and environmental impact reduction efforts.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability goals are met.
