We are currently looking for a skilled Production/Lease Operator to contribute to our operations. This role involves overseeing various well activities, including gas-lifted wells, electrical submersible pumps (ESPs), three-phase separation, and gas compression, along with performing minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and log operational data, conduct gauge tests, and carry out minor equipment repairs.
  • Prepare and execute maintenance tasks, take readings, conduct site inspections, issue work permits, adhere to established procedures, initiate work requests, and collaborate with support teams.
  • Proactively assess well and equipment performance, taking necessary actions to enhance production efficiency.
  • Work alongside support teams to optimize chemical injection rates based on production metrics (including corrosion, paraffin, and soap treatments).
  • Collaborate with Engineering for data collection and analysis.
  • Maintain records of compression testing data.
  • Utilize echo meters to assess fluid levels.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Provide both technical and administrative support as needed.
  • Experience in handling chemicals and/or oil treatment processes.
  • General understanding of systems, terminology, and procedures relevant to the field.
  • Ability to perform routine operational tasks.
  • Capable of problem-solving and making informed decisions.
