Qualifications:


• At least 5 years of experience in a metal machining setting with responsibility for profit and loss.

• Strong leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating and guiding teams.


• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and JD Edwards MRP software.
