Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Goodwin Recruiting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our assembly line and ensuring that all production operations meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and supervisory experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving results. Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the assembly line, ensuring that all production activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all production activities are aligned with business objectives and goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong background in supervisory or management roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 to $80,000.
