Job Title: Web Second Press Operator

Job Summary:

Mittera is seeking a skilled Web Second Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our press operation team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a printing press, ensuring high-quality output and meeting customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain press and auxiliary equipment to meet production standards and customer quality requirements
* Assist in setting up and maintaining press and auxiliary equipment
* Collaborate with press team members to ensure efficient and effective production
* Promote and enforce safety policies and procedures
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Previous web press operation experience required
* Thorough knowledge of press operations and functions
* Ability to interact and cooperate with press team members and show a positive attitude
* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with press team members and management

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to lift 25lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally
* Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination
