Job Title: Business Claims Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Claims Contract Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the property & casualty industry supporting Claims Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support third-party vendor initiatives by partnering with vendor resources and internal IT leads to develop, test, and roll out new programs or changes to existing programs.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with business SMEs and product owners to support new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
  • Create and review requirement documents and acceptance criteria for use by developers and QA resources.
  • Support existing Business Intelligence (BI) tools for insureds and brokers.
  • Support regulatory reporting, including CMS, EDI, and USR.
  • Review test strategies and test scenarios for QA resources and provide testing support.
  • As a UAT team member, create and execute UAT scripts, document results, and assist with defect remediation.
Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills to develop in-depth knowledge of company-specific processes and requirements, as well as third-party software packages.
  • Experience with Claims and the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills to conduct successful requirements gathering sessions and assist business customers in making informed decisions regarding technology.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and agile tools.
  • 3 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance products.

This position requires the individual to be either a US citizen or green card holder.
