Job Title: Product Lead, NM Information Services

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Product Lead to join our Information Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on stakeholder input.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze healthcare trends, products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Participate in agile development processes, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Communicate and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features to NM are delivered first.
Requirements:
  • 5 years' experience as a product owner or similar role in Information Technology.
  • Scrum Product Owner certified or obtain certification within 6 months of hire date.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of information systems, data management, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
