As a key member of the Information Services team, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features and requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful product development and delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product ownership, Agile methodologies, and software development. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
- Monitor and analyze healthcare trends, products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Participate in Agile development processes, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience as a product owner or similar role in Information Technology.
- Scrum Product Owner certified or obtain certification within 6 months of hire date.
