The Lead Surveillance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a vigilant watch over all areas within the Turfway Park LLC premises and its vicinity, ensuring that all procedural breaches and unlawful activities are reported to the relevant authorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and surveillance equipment.
- Thoroughly review all surveillance footage and recording systems to assess the accuracy of reports and conduct investigative analyses.
- Stay informed about gaming laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing on-the-job training sessions.
- Monitor company assets and staff for adherence to procedures.
- Maintain current knowledge of operational procedures across all departments.
- Enforce compliance with departmental protocols by observing and reporting any deviations from company policies or gaming regulations.
- Keep detailed and accurate logs of surveillance activities.
- Assume supervisory responsibilities when designated or when the Shift Supervisor is unavailable.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- Demonstrate individual proficiency in surveillance operations.
- Foster positive interpersonal relationships among team members.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
- Show readiness to take on overall responsibility for job performance.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in surveillance or a related field.
- Possession of a valid Racing License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The work environment typically has a moderate to loud noise level, and the team member will circulate throughout the assigned areas, actively observing patrons and the operation of gaming machines.
