Job Description
  • Manage supplier inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue opportunities through consultative sales and retention practices
  • Optimize E-payment options to enhance customer experience and business profitability
  • Identify and communicate trends that impact our business scope
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution and preventative practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience on similar customer-facing teams
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined with a dedicated work ethic
  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Able to utilize various software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Windows Operating Systems, and Salesforce
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
  • Passionate about working with customers
