We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- Recent nursing experience.
- Telephone triage experience.
