About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, working under the general direction of the Practice Manager/Administrator and/or the Provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care in a clinical setting, performing a variety of duties and tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct telephone triage and provide guidance to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Telephone triage experience.
