About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Amazon. As a Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the commissioning and testing of electrical and mechanical systems in our critical infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission and test electrical and mechanical systems to ensure they meet Amazon's standards for safety and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that commissioning activities are aligned with project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns related to commissioning activities to management.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to commissioning activities, including test plans, test reports, and commissioning certificates.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical systems commissioning and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including design, installation, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
