Job Title: Women's Health Provider

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Women's Health Provider to join our team at Community Health Center, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's health care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive women's health care services, including well-woman visits, routine screening tests, and health maintenance.
  • Collaborate with community OB/GYN providers to ensure seamless care for patients.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with CHC standards, including those established by the Joint Commission and State of Connecticut licensure.
  • Document patient care in the Electronic Health Record system.
  • Participate in quality initiatives and contribute to the improvement of patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed or license eligible in the State of Connecticut.
  • Current DEA license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Board Certified as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife.
