Account Liaison Specialist

About the Job:
We're looking for a skilled Manufacturing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll promote services to both new and existing customers, provide support to field sales and internal teams, and serve as the primary liaison between customers and the quality, engineering, and manufacturing departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote services to both new and existing customers
- Provide support to field sales and internal teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the quality, engineering, and manufacturing departments
- Generate quotes, coordinate order entry, and communicate requirements to relevant personnel
- Expedite orders to ensure timely delivery to meet customer needs
- Build strong relationships with category buyers to drive sales growth and quickly resolve customer issues for positive scorecard results
- Perform customer service and account maintenance, including scorecard and portal management
- Review orders for accuracy, coordinate order entry, and share necessary information with internal departments, external customers, and sales teams
- Coordinate customer quote activity and maintain CRM records
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals directly to customers or alongside field sales representatives
- Monitor account activity, assess performance, and provide sales forecasts

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $52,000 - $56,000 per year, based on location and experience. Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution.
