Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Technology team. This role will be responsible for managing the product roadmap for our Tours and Pricing product team. The successful candidate will drive the strategy and implementation of major technology transformation initiatives, achieving key business outcomes and ensuring alignment with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear Tours and Pricing product team roadmap that aligns with business goals and priorities.
  • Drive the implementation of major technology transformation initiatives for the Tours and Pricing product area.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it supports the product roadmap and addresses user and stakeholder needs effectively.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to drive product decisions, while identifying areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate and communicate with department and business stakeholders to ensure successful product development and implementation.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in technology product management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working in JIRA for project management.
  • Proven experience in implementing large-scale projects.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with department and business stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.

Salary Range: $68,000 - $114,000
