Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor security of facilities through security posts, cameras, and parking areas.
  • Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours or when the switchboard is closed.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate safety and security guidelines.
  • Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in law enforcement or equivalent qualifications.
  • Basic knowledge of security and computer systems.
  • Valid driver's license.

Work Schedule

The Security Officer will work a second shift schedule, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., with other shifts as required, rotating off days, and every other weekend off.
