Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant to support our clients team on a contract basis in Fairfield, OH. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in Human Resources and will be responsible for supporting various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Support recruitment processes, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
- Prior experience working in Human Resources is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
