Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of landscape maintenance professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent work quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including trucks, tractors, and other machinery, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement effective crew management strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of crew performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in crew leadership and management, preferably in the commercial landscape industry.
  • DOT certification is a plus.
  • Ability to train and communicate effectively with crew members.
  • Must be willing to work outside in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
  • Available to work Monday through Friday.
  • A positive attitude with a drive to excel and outperform the competition.
