We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Quality Program Manager - Trauma/Burn Program. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety in the Trauma and Burn Program.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and dissemination of quality and safety data to inform improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement educational programs to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes.
- Conduct research to identify evidence-based practices and develop guidelines for trauma and burn care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in emergency room and ICU nursing required.
- Database management and analysis experience preferred.
- TNCC certification within 6 months of hire required; TNCC instructor certification within 12 months of hire required.
- ATLS coordinator certification preferred.
