About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Quality Program Manager - Trauma/Burn Program. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety in the Trauma and Burn Program.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and dissemination of quality and safety data to inform improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement educational programs to promote best practices and improve patient outcomes.
  • Conduct research to identify evidence-based practices and develop guidelines for trauma and burn care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in emergency room and ICU nursing required.
  • Database management and analysis experience preferred.
  • TNCC certification within 6 months of hire required; TNCC instructor certification within 12 months of hire required.
  • ATLS coordinator certification preferred.
