Senior Engineering Program Manager, Platform Quality

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of quality and release practices for our AIML platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, coordinating with partner organizations, and driving alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and drive early engagements on product quality, process definition, and program execution
* Collaborate with all partner organizations relevant for a project
* Communicate clear, timely, and objective program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team
* Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team
* Create and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path, and systematic methodology to communicate status
* Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in engineering project or program management
* Excellent project management skills including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently
* Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives
* Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communication strategies
Preferred Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in engineering project or program management
* Superior group facilitation and influence skills
* Detailed understanding of testing, build, and release processes for sophisticated software
* Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
* Strong leadership skills, including mentoring, team-building, and conflict resolution
