We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Program Manager to join our AIML team at Apple. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated software platforms, tools, and processes that deliver new end-to-end experiences that delight customers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and drive early engagements on product quality, process definition, and program execution. Collaborate with all partner organizations relevant for a project, ensuring clear, timely, and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team. Create and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path, and systematic methodology to communicate status. Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams, executing on time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates. Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources necessary to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and track risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in engineering project or program management. Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently. Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives. Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communication strategies. Preferred qualifications include 8+ years of experience in engineering project or program management, superior group facilitation and influence skills, detailed understanding of testing, build, and release processes for sophisticated software, strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills, strong leadership skills, including mentoring, team-building, and conflict resolution, and a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influence.
