Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to accounts receivable policies and procedures relevant to Eduro-operated facilities.
- Collaborate with designated personnel to guarantee timely and efficient execution of processes, meetings, and functions, while continuously identifying areas for enhancement.
- Participate in weekly accounts receivable aging review meetings with the Administrator and AR Director to optimize cash collections and minimize bad debt.
- Execute all month-end responsibilities to ensure accurate revenue recognition and billing.
- Verify that PCC (Pointe Click Care) accurately captures necessary information for all accounts receivable areas, collaborating with the Director of AR for any required adjustments.
- Maintain exceptional monthly cash collection rates, with specific targets including under 40 DSO, less than 15% of AR balances over 90 days, and below 1% of bad debt on outstanding aging accounts, alongside any other metrics established by the finance team.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.

The primary objective of the Business Office Manager (BOM) is to lead the overall administrative, billing, and accounting operations of the Business Office, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Eduro standards. This role reports directly to the facility Administrator.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing billing, accounts receivable, and collections processes within a skilled nursing facility is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in supervising other staff members, such as the Assistant Business Office Manager.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with PCC is preferred.
