Job Summary: Experienced Hotel Administrator

We are seeking an experienced hotel administrator to join our team at Rebel Hospitality New York LLC in Washington, D.C. This is a leadership role that requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of operating major branded full-service hotels and possessing excellent leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring financial performance is optimized, and maintaining high-quality product and service levels.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $118,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including dental insurance.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all hotel operations, including rooms, restaurant, bar, and banquet teams.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and local regulations as well as company and brand standards.
• Establish priorities, lead key operational initiatives, and serve as the linchpin for communications with guests, associates, ownership, corporate representatives, brand representatives, and key vendors.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an AGM or GM in a major branded hotel setting.
• Development of leadership and hourly staff is also expected.
• Weekend availability and union experience are mandatory requirements.
