As a Lead Financial Analyst, you will be pivotal in overseeing the financial operations of our clients, ensuring precision and adherence to all accounting standards. Your responsibilities will include managing financial documentation, generating reports, and contributing to the overall financial strategy of the manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and interpret financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Execute monthly and year-end closings and assist in audit preparations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to enhance financial processes and internal controls.
  • Provide financial insights and support to management for informed decision-making.
  • Oversee and reconcile inventory accounts and assist with cost accounting initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations at federal, state, and local levels by reviewing existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
  • Mentor and guide junior accounting personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA designation preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
