Job Title: Financial Analyst - Carrier Management

Airgas is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Carrier Management team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing financial support to our Carrier Management department, as well as the AMG finance, supply chain, procurement, and logistics departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cost impact reports for new contracts and contract rate increases to assist procurement in validation of executive summaries.
  • Process, audit, and approve carrier invoices with coding to correct internal cost centers.
  • Assist finance with the development and implementation of new and existing vendors into our Excel-based billing files.
  • Present invoice inefficiencies during carrier team meetings and to the vendors during quarterly business reviews.
  • Read and analyze contracts to ensure that amounts being charged are in line with rate addendums.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or supply chain field required.
  • 2+ years of experience in analysis or logistics role.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with Power BI and SAP.
