About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Team Leader to join our team at H&R Block. As a key member of our retail office team, you will be responsible for supporting the Multi-Unit Team Leader and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader in executing daily operations and ensuring quality service standards
  • Lead daily activities to ensure all tax office associates are scheduled and work is completed according to deadlines
  • Communicate essential information to office associates through daily huddles
  • Provide phone coverage and engage with clients to deliver an outstanding experience
  • Serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
  • Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to work a flexible schedule
