Location: Routewise Logistics

We are looking for dependable and diligent Delivery Drivers to play a crucial role in our operations. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that packages are delivered securely and punctually to our esteemed clients. Your dedication and exceptional customer service abilities will be essential in maintaining our high service standards. This role offers significant opportunities for advancement within the organization.

**No CDL License Required**

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver packages to specified destinations.
  • Efficiently load and unload packages.
  • Plan and navigate the most effective routes for timely deliveries while complying with traffic laws and safety standards.
  • Confirm the accuracy of packages and ensure proper documentation for each delivery.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by being courteous, professional, and accommodating during deliveries.
  • Work closely with the dispatch team to enhance delivery schedules and promptly communicate any delays or issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
  • Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or traffic violations to the supervisor without delay.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations and safety measures.
  • Represent the organization positively at all times, upholding a professional image.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
  • Experience as a delivery driver is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Capability to lift packages weighing up to 150 lbs, including bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of the delivery vehicle.
