About the RoleProCare Therapy Staffing is collaborating with a school district to find a qualified RBT for the academic year. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with special needs, appreciate a structured work environment, and enjoy weekends and holidays off.
Job Details:- Full academic year commitment
- Preferred experience in educational settings
- 35 hours per week
- 1:1 support available
- Opportunities to work with severe and inclusion caseloads
- High School Diploma or higher is required
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is necessary
- Must possess ParaPro Licensure or RBT Certification
- 1-2 years of experience working with students with special needs in educational environments is preferred
- Successful completion of a background check is mandatory
- Weekly compensation
