Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Trade Coordinator to join our team at FedEx Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the documentation required by US Customs and Government Agencies for the entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate documentation for customs release from database, SOPs, tariff books, internet, or customs
  • Provide impeccable customer service and work closely with internal staff, departments, and customers to deliver high-level service
  • Process agency brokerage shipments and handle remote filings
  • Maintain and keep current all shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
  • Adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
  • Data entry/keyboard experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Organizational skills, inter-personal skills, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • Hybrid work arrangement at the Phx location
