Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to retain and grow client relationships.
- Act as a subject matter expert in trust and investment management, overseeing complex client relationships.
- Provide guidance and solutions for complex investment allocations, goals, and objectives.
- Consistently generate new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure prudent administration and investment management.
- Partner with trust administrators to oversee trust and estate setup, implementation, and administration.
- Ensure account administration complies with fiduciary principles.
- Coordinate client service activities with other wealth management partners.
- Mentor and coach junior trust advisors.
- Supervise other associates and assist in new product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Twelve years of experience in trust administration, estate and tax law, financial planning, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of trust principles and regulatory and tax matters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., Juris Doctorate, Master of Laws, Certified Public Accountant, or Master of Business Administration).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

Compensation and Benefits
Regions Bank offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $122,936.84 to $174,296.50, depending on experience and performance. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid vacation and sick time, 401(k) with company match, medical, dental, and vision benefits, disability benefits, health savings account, flexible spending account, life insurance, parental leave, and an employee assistance program.
