Position Overview

As part of our Natural Language Processing group, you will be instrumental in advancing NLP technologies, especially Large Language Models (LLMs), for diverse industrial applications. Your role will involve:

  • Conducting in-depth research on LLMs and AI agents to tackle both academic and practical challenges.
  • Collaborating with a global team of experts to integrate Bosch's proprietary LLM innovations and third-party solutions into our product offerings.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years of research experience in natural language processing and machine learning.
  • Extensive experience with large language models, including training and development of AI agents.
  • Proficiency in state-of-the-art NLP and AI libraries.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Strong publication record in top-tier NLP and AI conferences.
  • Experience in R&D related to LLM-based agents and task planning.
  • Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation and multi-modal foundation models.
  • Knowledge of low-resource NLP and explainable AI techniques.
