Candidates will work as part of a team to design, develop, and implement instrumentation and control systems for high-voltage substations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in substation design and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for high-voltage substations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and functionality
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications
- Conduct site visits and testing to ensure system performance and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in instrumentation and control systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in substation design and control systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with SCADA systems and substation automation
- Knowledge of NESC and NEC standards
- Experience with 3D and 4D design practices
