About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at PM Hotel Group. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sort and verify the accuracy of night audit work, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Post city ledger payments in the property management system, reconcile and bill all city ledger accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Set up new accounts in accordance with established credit policy, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly authorized and recorded.
  • Input General Cashier Summary and maintain a binder, providing a clear and accurate record of financial transactions.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. While prior experience in the industry is a plus, it is not required. What we really want is someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
