Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager, Government and Commercial Relations to join our team at Kindeva Drug Delivery. This role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders and partnering with government defense and health agencies to contract for critical medical countermeasures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key U.S. and international partners, including government agencies and defense contractors.
  • Lead proposal preparation and negotiation efforts for development and supply agreements, and manage day-to-day contractual relationships.
  • Negotiate and manage the lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including confidentiality, teaming, distribution, contract design/manufacturing, licensing, and supply agreements.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with contract obligations and procurement regulations.
  • Anticipate and manage contract changes, resolve disputes and contractual issues effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant contracts experience.
  • Expertise in U.S. federal procurement regulations (FAR / DFARS) and across various contract types (CPFF/AF/IF, FFP, IDIQ, VA FSS) required.
  • Prior experience managing the full lifecycle of Government (required) and commercial (preferred) contracts.
  • Strong project management, coordination skills across large groups of cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer-focused mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to advise leadership on contractual issues.
