Job Title: Manager, Government and Commercial Contracts

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Government and Commercial Contracts to join our team. As a key member of our health security products team, you will play a critical role in collaborating with internal stakeholders and partnering with government defense and health agencies to contract for critical medical countermeasures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with key U.S. and international partners, including government agencies and defense contractors.
  • Lead proposal preparation and negotiation efforts for development and supply agreements, and manage day-to-day contractual relationships.
  • Negotiate and manage the lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, including confidentiality, teaming, distribution, contract design/manufacturing, licensing, and supply agreements.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with contract obligations and procurement regulations.
  • Anticipate and manage contract changes, resolve disputes and contractual issues effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant contracts experience.
  • Expertise in U.S. federal procurement regulations (FAR / DFARS) and across various contract types (CPFF/AF/IF, FFP, IDIQ, VA FSS) required.
  • Prior experience managing the full lifecycle of Government (required) and commercial (preferred) contracts.
  • Experience working with USG agencies including HHS, BARDA, CDC, JPEO-CBRND, and ACC-APG preferred.
  • Strong project management, coordination skills across large groups of cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer-focused mentality, excellent communication skills, and strong business acumen.
